PRINT THIS RECIPE:
1 pack | RANGER® Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs |
1 cup | BBQ sauce |
4 | hamburger buns |
1 cup | coleslaw (optional) |
1/4 cup | sliced pickles (optional) |
Salt and pepper to taste | |
Olive oil |
Step 1 |
Bake the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow to cool, then shred the meat with forks. |
Step 2 |
Warm Chicken with BBQ Sauce: Heat shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warm. |
Step 3 |
Toast Buns: Lightly toast the hamburger buns until golden. |
Step 4 |
Assemble Sandwiches: Spoon pulled BBQ chicken onto each bottom bun. Add coleslaw and pickles if desired. |
Step 5 |
Serve: Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately. |
