PRINT THIS RECIPE:
1 pack | DRAPER VALLEY FARMS® Chicken Party Wings |
Salt and black pepper, to taste | |
1 cup | Rice flour |
Cooking spray or oil | |
Korean-Style Sauce: | |
1/4 cup | Soy sauce |
2 tbsps. | Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) |
2 tbsps. | Honey |
1 tbsp. | Rice vinegar |
1 tbsp. | 1 tablespoon Sesame oil |
3 cloves | Minced garlic |
1 tsp. | Grated fresh ginger |
Toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish |
Step 1 |
Prepare and Season Wings: Clean wings, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with rice flour. |
Step 2 |
Air Fry Wings: Preheat air fryer to 375°F, place wings in a single layer, and cook until crispy. |
Step 3 |
Make Korean-Style Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened. |
Step 4 |
Toss Wings in Sauce: Coat cooked wings evenly in the sauce. |
Step 5 |
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. |
